Bernadette Delgado, ABR, owner/broker, brings ten years experience in both residential and commercial real estate from Charlotte, NC, to the coast of the Carolinas. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, she excels in helping the home buyer find the perfect property.

After a successful career in advertising in both local and national radio, as well as, local television, Bernadette started her first real estate company in Charlotte's Center City with two other entrepreneurs like herself. After spending 20 years in Charlotte, it was time for her to return to the Lowcountry where she was born and raised and start a new real estate firm.

SRH Realty, in conjuction with Storm Resistant Homes, perceives the need for change in the coastal construction industry. This is necessary not only on the coast of North and South Carolina, but all coastal communities that are threatened by stronger and stronger storms.
